EXPENSES Travel expenses, insurance and accommodation are to be borne by the participants. ACCOMMODATION Accommodation will be provided at Hotel DNIPRO, situated very near the Conference venue as well as in several other hotels also situated near the Conference venue. A list of hotels with which the Ukrainian authorities have negotiated the prices is included in this document. Delegations are invited to make their own reservations as soon as possible. During the youth event and the Conference, the youth representatives included in the national delegations will be accommodated together with the other participants of the youth event.
